Privacy

MeetEven has no accounts, no cookies and no tracking. When you search, we log which two airports you searched and whether it worked, but never your IP address. We don’t sell data or use it for advertising.

MeetEven is run by its founder, Oleksandr Nemesh, based in Belgium, who is responsible for your data. You can reach us at [email protected].

• Your searches: the two airports you search for, the time of the search and the result status (for example, results found or none) are logged on our server in Germany (Hetzner). We use this to run and improve the service. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and improving the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). No IP address is stored with it.
• Your IP address: we don’t store it. We use it only briefly in memory to stop abuse (rate limits), and it is gone afterwards. Our hosting provider Cloudflare also receives it, as any website host does, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
• Waitlist, survey and feedback: if you used these on our coming-soon site, we keep your email address (if you gave one), your answers, the date and the language of the page. We use them only to send the launch email and to improve the service. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

We count how many searches are made each day and how many of them came from a shared link. Only totals, nothing about you.

“See flights” and “Find a place to stay” open other websites (Google Flights, KAYAK, Kiwi.com, Booking.com and Stay22). Their own privacy rules apply there, not ours. Some of these links may earn us a commission if you book. This never changes how we rank places.

Search logs are stored on a server in Germany run by Hetzner (our processor). Cloudflare, Inc. (also our processor) delivers and protects the site and may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

The waitlist is stored in a database run by Cloudflare, Inc. (our processor). Cloudflare may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Search logs roll over automatically and are kept only a short time.

Until we've sent the launch email, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. After launch we only keep your address if you choose to stay in touch.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

MeetEven sets no cookies, has no accounts and does not track you. We use no advertising tools and no visitor statistics. The only thing kept in your browser is your light or dark choice (local storage); it never leaves your device. If any of this changes, we’ll say so here.
